Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins
1 spice cake mix
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. water
4 eggs
1 c. canned pumpkin
1/2 c. sour cream or plain yogurt
pinch of salt
1 c. chocolate chips
Mix by had until moistened. Fill 24 greased muffin cups. Bake at 350 for 18-20 min.

Oh Jenny - I am sooooo sorry!! I understand how you feel - it has been a year and half since Scott was laid off! I will be praying for you guys too! Man, this "recession" is really killing us all. Meighan's husband was laid off last August, Kirsten's husband was laid off Oct/2008 (he just got a new job three months ago), and Mckay just got told his job would be over in 90 days (law firm he is working for is going bankrupt). Breanna's husband and Dusty are in school - So, of the 7 of us, only Brayden has a real grown up job!! It all stinks and I feel for you and Nathan!!!
Oh my goodness..... Ryan told me and I just will be better about adding you guys to my prayers. Let us know how we can help....seriously! I can now babysit for interviews :)
